From our extensive practical experience of facilitated engagement, it is only when all perspectives are respected and taken into equal consideration that truly sustainable decisions are made. This course is suitable for those with little or no experience of facilitation who want to develop the skills and confidence to learn how to effectively and creatively engage people in meetings, seminars and workshops, learning and practicing these skills in a supportive setting.
